STAINLESS 304 304 Stainless is the most corrosion resistant steel used in the production of step bars.
STAINLESS INSERTS

Other manufacturers use carbon steel inserts. Welding carbon steel to stainless steel is a corrosion breeding ground. When dissimilar metals come into contact with water it causes corrosion to both metals. Add salt to this equation and the corrosion process accelerates.

THREADED INSERTS NASTA threads its stainless inserts for added strength. Other manufacturers drill a hole and weld a nut to the back.
STAINLESS PLATE
BRACKETS
At NASTA, we give you stainless plate brackets. Other manufacturers use painted carbon steel brackets, which will cause corrosion even to a stainless step bar.
STAINLESS NUTS & BOLTS At NASTA when we say stainless we mean it. Other manufacturers use zinc or galvanized nuts and bolts. More mixing of metals to create a breeding ground for corrosion.
RECESSED PIPE NASTA puts its pipe in a hydraulic press, which puts its pipe in a hydraulic press, which creates a deep cradle for the step pad. Some manufacturers barely press the pipe down at all.
SLIP RESISTANT
STEP PAD
NASTA created a step pad that has excellent grip when wet.
